I know the bridge got repainted and there were signals put in but I've never seen a train cross the bridge. What trains go over the bridge?

The rail line over that bridge is active. It's used by Conrail's Shared Assets. I think trash trains run across it serving Arlington Yard.

I'm only ever by there on weekends. I'm guessing this is a weekday only deal? Mornings? Afternoons? Ad hoc?
