Whom have you used to make a custom car run? We are currently working with and have got prices from Accurail and we have looked at Bowser, and Athrean (Both minimums were too high). The minimums we are looking for are around 50 cars.

Maybe RITMRC needs to consider a higher initial run? 50 might be too few for any manufacturer to attempt. We might need to go for 100.

Cincinnati NMRA Division 7 has utilized both Bowser and Accuail for our most recent Custom Car Projects - Accurail mostly. See link:

Accurail has been VERY GOOD to work with.
I'm not sure you're going to have much luck getting someone to do a run of only 50 - 100 cars. We typically go with runs of 300 - 600 cars.
Good luck to you!
