NYA switching times at pond junction

Hello, does anyone know when NYA does switching at fresh pond junction, or at least does anyone know the time intervals. Any help is appericated. Thanks.....

I would say best chances are early to mid-mornings on weekdays after the CSX daily turn, Y-101/102 finishes its rounds at Fresh Pond, as NYAR has to get the interchange traffic set up and off to its respective lines and destinations, and again late in the afternoon to evenings as well, when they return and set up the outgoing traffic for the CSX turn the next day.

This question may seem a bit dumb however does anyone here know when the switchers are shuffling cars at the ENTRANCE of the yard? (Otto Road)
