Cheyenne, Wyoming Questions

Hey,
My family and I are leaving tonight for Colorado by way of Cheyenne, Wyoming. Does anyone know of good sites in the area to watch photograph trains? Also how much can be seen at the Cheyenne roundhouse? I was thinking of looking for the 3985 and the 8444.

Well I would try the bridge over looking the yard you can get some photos on it.

Thanks, I'll give that a shot. My dad has been thru there a few times but never stopped. I wanna get some good stuff to show him what he missed.

Yes he has missed a lot I saw 3985 outside of the Shed this summer when I was there.
