There always seem to be custom painted LIRR HO cars on ebay. I'd suggest contacting the seller(s). For example checkout http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vi ... 56263&rd=1 jabar6 always seems to have custom painted LIRR cars on sale.
