I ran across this incredible faux pas on Countryman & McDaniels website this morning. Just imagine being the one who had to make the phone call explaining this one... Be sure to scroll down for the story and photos; the website is a bit cluttered and hard to navigate.

Somewhere I saw that they returned that locomotive to GE. The explanation was that the cable broke.
