L I Gondolas Spotted in New Jersey

Saw three gondolas with the reporting marks LI. One of them had a yellow patch with Track Ramp or something on it. They were in a westbound CSX River Line Train. Condition of the cars was good, not old cars at all. Can anyone out there help?

What color were they. There used to be a whole string of em parked with some NS boxcars on the secondary in Garden City....but those were pretty beat up. Dented up pretty bad. They were a dark red....maybe burgundy.

I am color/shade blind, but they looked dark red to me. The letters were of a more modern style with no horizontal bars on the top and botton of the letter "I". It went by quickly, so I did not get the numbers, but I think they were five digits long. They were maybe a 53 foot car. The reporting marks were not white, maybe a dull yellow/gold color. They were near the middle of a mixed train at North Bergen, NJ.

Probably MOW gondolas bringing new railroad ties.
