Thanks for the updates. It is nice to see CSX taking care of the branch line. I wonder when they will start laying the CWR.

Two stacks of ties have been dropped at Shore road, Osprey and Great Bay road in Greenland. Also a pile of crossing rubber at Great Bay Road also. Looks like crossing replacement coming up.

Six Crossing panels have been built as of yesterday through Sratham and Greenland.

I think I saw a bundle of ties at Portsmouth avenue.
Literally dump truck loads of spikes and anchors in Portsmouth yard.

They started installing the welded rail on the Portsmouth branch today Starting at Rockingham Juntion.
Also the crossing at Depot road and Dearborn road were installed Tuesday and Wednesday. They did Osrey Cove road today.
The brush cutter from Northern Tree service was working just east of Rockingham station also, They are really opening the ROW up, good to see!!!

Thanks Jonathan. I wish I could comment or post photo's over there. Registered a few times but never got a confirmation. Must be a bug somewhere, either with the software or a small intestine.

So as far as CRW progress I saw them that one day working Rockingham down to the old P-1 but I only see one side CRW and the other still joined rail. I wonder when they will resume? Do you think they will do the work in stages or blow right through it in a day or two?

Anyone else seen any CWR laid? John - Thanks for the crossing updates. They have been busy!

The rail gang has been parked up at Paterson Lane since the end of the day 11/22/24 I think they maybe on vacation untill after Thanksgiving. As of yesterday afternoon the equipment was still there.

I checked all the folders at the time. Wasn't there. At this point, not worth the effort.

Corman Railgang back to work yesterday after Thanksgiving vacation, All the gear moved back to Rockingham junction.
