Portland Secondary

I would like to get some pictures of this train when it crosses the Delaware from Pa. TO NJ at Phillipsburg, especially the bridge with a train on it. When is the best time to get something on this bridge ? Thanks.

Usually saturday between 10 and 1 H74 comes across the bridge. I can't give you a better time then that, but if you have a scanner listen for H74 to clear CP Richards on the Lehigh Line. You'll have roughly 10-15 minutes until the train gets to the bridge.
