Really a CSX question but I figured folks here would be more knowledgeable.
On CSX's clearance map the lower section of the Fremont Secondary coming in to NY&A interchange is tagged as restricted to Plate C. I had assumed that therefore NY&A could only receive plate F high cubes via NY&A interchange. Is this assumption correct? I have started to doubt it? I've seen quite a few discussions here (via search) about Plate F upgrades as well as seen YouTube vids of high cube boxes mixed with green trash cuts heading out for CSX interchange.
