Phil was a good friend of mine in the Army Reserve out of Danbury, and we served together in Desert Storm. He will be missed.
Phil was a good friend of mine in the Army Reserve out of Danbury, and we served together in Desert Storm. He will be missed.
He then went on to work for Metro North Transit Authority at Grand Central Station in NYC as Assistant Director of Internal Audit, where he worked until 2006. When he was working at Metro North, he was part of the Emergency Management Team that handled the September 11, 2001 evacuations out of NYC after the World Trade Center attacks. He and his team helped get hundreds of thousands of people on trains out of the city.
