Nobody. The PRR crossed the NYC Auburn Branch. While today Finger Lakes has a customer on the former PRR there, it's reached through what had been a customer siding for another concern, I don't believe it was ever an active interchange track. The connection is a little rough, it was probably done when PC abandoned Seneca Castle-Newark.
