What were Penn Central's operations in lower Delaware like until the advent of Conrail? Good, bad or indifferent? What sort of motive power did P.C. use? Was Delaware an Alco-haven, or was it possible to see just about anything on the roster?

What sort of power did P.C. use on the Lewes Branch?
