I'm thinking about catching the Keystone at 10:10AM from Exton (Weekday). Will the lot be full by 9:45AM? If the lot is full, is there any close-by parking?

Exton can be tight, but I would time arriving for parking at Exton or Paoli with the arrival of an outbound train. You can usually get a spot at either if you follow one of the people getting off going west to their car.

Non-Amtrak stations where you can find parking include Whitford or Malvern (on Monument Ave a few blocks back from the station has street parking starting about 4 blocks from the station).

According to the SEPTA website provides station info ( https://septa.org/stations/rail/exton.html ), all 555 daily parking spots are pretty guaranteed to be taken on typical weekday basis. Keep in mind, there's currently some station improvements/ongoing construction which includes building a brand new station ticket office along with parking lot access rebuilding -- https://www.septa.org/rebuilding/station/exton.html

Currently, it's a bit of mess and who knows when this will be complete.
