- Guilford Rail System changed its name to Pan Am Railways in 2006. Discussion relating to the current operations of the Boston & Maine, the Maine Central, and the Springfield Terminal railroads (as well as the Delaware & Hudson while it was under Guilford control until 1988). According to Pan Am Railfans FaceBook page postings, the OCS was being prepped on Saturday 11/14/20 at its home base at Waterville for another trip - it was further suggested that this trip would be a Board of Directors walkabout? Itinerary / schedule is unknown (to me).
OCS is currently Westbound through Portland.

There are a few photos of the OCS being towed south on 11/18 by MEC 3404 with F units facing north on the Pan Am Railfans Facebook page and Flickr (photo by John Kittredge). Dead head move apparently? And I'm guessing nb OCS trip will be today Thursday 11/19/20?
Or West on the B&A over the hill, check out the bridge, and Selkirk yard?

OCS made a station stop in Dover, leaving at 14:47. No visible passengers on departure.
OCS apparently departed Springfield northbound up the Conn River before sunrise on Thursday 11/19/20. - wonder if BoD / other tourists were on board?
Will we see a Last Hurrah Special with the Pan Am's OCS train? Any idea as to what CSX might do with it, once they own it?
It takes real skill to choke on air, fall up the stairs and trip over nothing. I have those skills.

The rumor going around is that either the train will be sold off by Pan Am before the sale, or will be shipped to Mellon's ranch in Wyoming.
