Any information on colors of NY & Harlem steam locomotives prior to Dec. 1867 when William Vanderbilt had them painted black and iron? Were the original NY & Harlem cars green? The New York and New Haven ones which passed them on the tracks were apparently yellow. Any information appreciated. Thanks Roger
