What locomotives does Pacific Harbour Line roster? the website claims they have 18 locomotives then 23 locomotives. Rrpicturearchives lists only ten locomotives.

All that means is that only 10 of their locomotives have been photographed and uploaded to that particular site. That doesn't mean they only have 10 locomotives.

According to this site, the number would appear to be between 20 and 24, depending on whether or not you count leased units.

I looked low and high for a PHL roster. It was RIGHT under my nose! Thank you.
