P70FBR #9891

Hello,
I recently purchased an inspection plate from this Pennsy coach, and I'm looking for info on this car as well as photos while it was in use.

I don't know for sure if the PRR had a P-70 numbered 9891. I do know that 9891 was a P-70 owned by the P-RSL. It had been inherited from the West Jersey and Seashore, which was wholly owned by the PRR.
