Does NYS&W own or lease the C&D cars?
Approximately how many of them do they have?

All the ones we see locally are run through. I don't think NYSW has any of their own cars anymore, except the ex. BAR cars in Utica. They use to have thrall cars, but those apparently went to CWEX or something.
