According to PATHAlerts, in the past hour PATH service has gone from 15 minute delays to a complete suspension of all service due to "a signal problem":

They seem to be getting it (whatever it was) back under control. The next 2 alerts were:

Concerning the earlier delay, all Path Train Service is resuming normal schedule

Concerning the earlier suspension, all Path Train Service is resuming with residual enroute delays.
