In this picture and caption it tells about Ottawa/Toledo Beach I have never heard about this "Beach" does anyone know where this was? Its pretty interesting that this beach was only reached by Trolley!
A little "googling" around puts Toledo Beach in Michigan just south of Monroe (but north of Luna Pier). Interestingly, the Toledo, Ottawa Beach & Northern Railway was apparently a precursor to the Detroit & Toledo Shore Line.
The first post is right, Toledo Beach is in Michigan. The picture is a station in Ohio. Just look up the Lake Erie shoreline north from Toledo and you'll see both Toledo & Ottawa Beaches on a DeLorme map.
