operations around El Paso

I will probably be spending a little bit of time in El Paso in September, so I'm looking for some info on UP's operations there. Specifically:

Number of trains on the Sunset Route;
Radio frequencies used in the area;
Any good photo spots of the yards and Sunset Route as far west as Deming, NM.

I'm sure that others know much, much more than me, especially since I've never been near the place, but I do know that the Sunset Route is busier west of town with all the trains coming in off of the Golden State route. I'd guess that west of town you're talking 35-45 trains a day, while east of town on the Sunset Route maybe @ 30 trains per day.
