HI all,
I've just joined the forum in order to ask this question, I hope I'm in the correct section.
My wife and I recently travelled along CA 74 and stopped at the Chinese Bistro in Romoland. This restaurant is made from three railway coaches plus a box car which houses the kitchen. I am wondering if anyone here knows the type and history of the vehicles? I have posted a couple of photos in my Flickr account: http://www.flickr.com/photos/prd/5378296653/ and http://www.flickr.com/photos/prd/5378298765/
There is also a caboose at the front, but this is not part of the restaurant.
I have no connection with this place, but the food was really good and the service very friendly. I wonder if it is a favorite with people from the Orange Empire Railway Museum, which is fairly close?
Thanks for any help,
Phil.
