Office car train at Secaucus, NJ on June 28

I took NJ Transit down the Northeast Corridor and was surprised to see the NS office car train/OCS or whatever it's called parked in the yard right north of Secaucus Junction station (Croxton Yard). If you're taking NJ Transit or Amtrak from NYC towards Secaucus/Philadelphia/etc., you'll see it on the left right before you arrive at Secaucus.

Does anyone know the OCS schedule? I'd love to see it at speed. Otherwise, is there a way to get near that yard via public transportation? I'd love to see the OCS close-up.
