I was in Syracuse a few weeks back and I saw several Susky units heading eastbound passing the Fairgrounds, they were running light. Any idea where they were coming from/going to?

Two or three posts in threads here on this board explain that they're handing off interchange cars on the siding between CP-293 and CP-296.
