NYSW Binghamton to Syracuse operations?

I would like to chase the NYSW train that runs from Binghamton to Syracuse, NY. Does anyone know what the current days of operation are and approx what time it departs Binghamton and Syracuse.

The BH1 road train appears to run Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday departing Binghamton to Syracuse between 0500 and 0530, generally. The return trip, BH2, to Binghamton typically departs Syracuse mid-morning Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday and arrives Binghamton by late afternoon.

FWIW, heard him pass Apulia northbound around 11:30, return around 2:30 or 3:00. Wished I could have chased it in the late fall foliage.
