Has the Port Jersey been totally merged into the NYNJ? If so, what became of their SW-1200?

It should give the NYNJ Greenville switcher something to do beyond loading and unloading barges.

The answer is no.

Port Jersey operates as a separate RR under the umbrella of PANYNJ ownership.
