NYAR MP-15 Sighting

This was posted on SubChat today.
Around 3PM on the Norfolk Southern Pittsburgh branch near CP Cannon, I saw a westbound mixed freight. The 3rd loco in the consist was a New York and Atlantic MP-15. I don't know if it was heading for rebuilding or for scrap but it looked like it was in sad shape.
Anyone know what's up ?

MP15AC #156 being sent to Kansas City for rebuilding.

I did see an NYAR MP15 in Conrails Oak Island Yard last week. I’m gonna assume this is the engine that got sent out?
