I was looking through a signal book and came across a photo of a non-standard for NS lunar over green dirvirging clear signal indication.
Anyone know where these are still in use? From the photo it appears the signals are search light signals.
My question: if both, an upper and lower head, show red when at stop anyone know what Wabash gained by having a lunar on the top instead of a red. The lower head for dirvirging clear would have been green in both situations.
Can these signals display lunar over yellow as well?
