It’s been leased by the NYSW for a while. NS is responsible for the maintenance on it, but they don’t fix it. Or they fix it just enough to make it back to NJ. They send it back to them nearly broken, then NYSW sends it back when it breaks again, and the cycle continues. Not sure why it’s on H70 tonight, but it was not online.

NS gives them a lot of junk it seems. They got another 5600 series engine from them recently and from what I hear that thing is a rolling smoke bomb that leaks ungodly amounts of oil everywhere.

Correction: NS 5161 they got that's the other POS they got.

Maybe H70 is taking it somewhere else to get fixed?

It’s 5165. It’s ok, for now.

H70 wouldn’t take anything to get fixed, there are no repair facilities on the line. NS sends everything out to Enola to get repaired.
