Location was behind 3086 County Road 119, which is on the only curve in between the Carson overhead bridge and the curves immediately on the west side of Adrian. Baker creek passes underneath at the curve. Looks Like 3 cars of a Herzog ballast train tipped over. I wonder if the train was out doing reinforcement ballast dumping duty

News report

This local guy was out doing surveying on CR 119 and came upon the Winters Rigging trucks staged where 119 was flooded.

Actually pretty interesting video by “local guy productions” of the damage from this second storm of the summer. Alot of damage in the area.

In regards to the derailment - couldn’t tell due to the TV scroll if the track bed was being rebuilt ??
Also referred to the cars having been ‘tipped over’???

Side note: another article stated the Army Corp of Engineers were actually on a routine tour of the Wellsville area to see how their levee work done I believe after Agnes in 1972 was holding up and ironically were on site to witness this storm . ( consensus was the levees worked)

Go to about the 5:10 mark on the local guy's video. Yup, "tipped over" pretty well describes it. Whether that's how the derailment left them, or if Winters tipped them to get them clear of the line is hard to say.
