I have finally obtained a DVD recorder, which has enabled me to post my video onto YouTube.

As I said in the YouTube comments, this location is now INACCESSIBLE, behind condominiums which have been built since 1993 when i shot the video.
Can anyone identify that Blue Locomotive, which appears to be working the NPBL tracks?
