You are correct lol I edited the list. I don't mind anyone correcting me, as long as they arent making up anything

#502 SW1500 still "lives"? Down in South Jersey somewhere? Question - is it visible - to be photographed? I will be down that way in the Autumn, wouldn't mind trying to find it if it's not tucked away too far.

502 is visible from River Road in the River LINE's Haines Yard. It's just south of Route 73 (Tacony-Palmyra Bridge feeder) and just north of the Route 73 Park-Ride River LINE station.

Nice pictures thanks! At least she still exists, and that means there's always hope that one day she'll run again! :-)

Thanks for the info, I really do want to take a few photos...

Looks like NJT is looking to dump the ALP-44Os. The 44Es and 44Ms may be sticking around for a while, but don't expect them to see service.... looks like they'll be in reserve only.... if even that. I wouldn't be surprised if NJT decides to retire/dump all of them.

the alp 44s are not for sale at this time as there is no listing on NJT Procurement site for auction, this is the site where they would be listed

Thanks, we'll wait and see what happens to them. In my opinion, NJT is holding onto them for now for back-up. For instance, the ALP44s would come in handy on Hoboken electrical trains when the Arrows are retired if they cannot get the new MUs that they are hoping to get.
