NJT 311 and 4300 with ballast train pointed east in Suffern Yard tonight, 15 November, at 6:30 PM

Well, that answers one of my questions concerning what NJT is currently doing with the ex-Amtrak F40s. I am used to seeing the GP40-2s or the SW1500s on the work trains. The F40 with the GP40-2 would be very cool to see in person.

Actually, the 4300 was moving both the stone train and the 311. That piece of junk (the 311) can barely move itself.

311 has been used on the Aquatrain. It can do that much at least.
