Well, that answers one of my questions concerning what NJT is currently doing with the ex-Amtrak F40s. I am used to seeing the GP40-2s or the SW1500s on the work trains. The F40 with the GP40-2 would be very cool to see in person.

Actually, the 4300 was moving both the stone train and the 311. That piece of junk (the 311) can barely move itself.

you sure? i saw them moving west through Rutherford the other day and #311 was on the point. Or is 4300 pushing it from the back while its controlled from 311...

311 has been used on the Aquatrain. It can do that much at least.
