Jersey Avenue only has two late night weekend outbounds for discharge only. If the station is not even open
weekends for inbound traffic, why the two late night/early AM local stops outbound?

As someone who (currently) lives within walking distance of Garwood, I'll gladly take this news. My house in Westfield is about a 12 minute walk to Garwood (versus about 20 minutes to Westfield) so this news is gladly appreciated.
