I realize this might be better posted to the RVL forum, but there's not a lot of activity there, and others may know the answer. The expected completion for the west- end work on Track 5 is end of 2014. It certainly does not seem as though that's going to happen, so just wondering if anyone has knowledge of a revised timetable. Thanks.
