Just saw a photo on another website of Glen Mary, Tenn on the 2nd district. New signals are now in service that are each designed with three heads. We always got by with two unit heads on each track in both directions at this location that is a double cross-over. What signal rules changed to mandate the use of three unit signals @ 45 MPH cross-overs?
