The M&L Branch will never see a train again but for the sake of discussion, if it were brought back Londonderry/Exit 5 (Wilson), would likely be the terminus with connecting shuttle busses to and from there and the airport if needed. Staying in the corridor and tunneling under the airport or rerouting the ROW around the airport, will be too costly. Forget about freight, there is nothing big enough to support the operations.

Why would you do everything necessary to rebuild a narrow rail-trail into a rail line going through NH's #7 city (by population) when you already HAVE a still ACTIVE line that only needs new rail and bed going through the top 3 cities in NH? Although, I confess, I DID learn that Derry has about 4,000 more people than Salem (making it the #4 municipality in NH).
