Was watching local news last night, they were mentioning a 40 million dollar upgrade/new intermodal yard at Dewitt?
Would they be talking about the private investment that was planned years ago for the land North of yard? (in-land port)
Would CSX/state actually be about to invest millions into the actuall yard proper?
