New Haven-Springfield RDCs

Does anyone have an exact date for when the last RDC operated from New Haven to Springfield? Sometime in 1985 I think but I can't find anything more specific than that.

Do you mean SPVs, as well? If you can believe what Wiki says, they were withdrawn from service on January 12, 1986.
IIRC, they performed dismally in the snow.

I mean the Budd RDCs Amtrak got in 1971, not the SPV The last two were still in service 5/22/1985
