New Albany, Indiana traffic?

Hey there - Making a trip to Kentuckiana next week, staying in New Albany for a couple of days provided it doesn't flood or get blown off the map. Is the street trackage on 15th St still in use with any frequency? What about the NS line down along the river, if it isn't under water as well? Lastly, is there a good place to catch the action at either of the major yards in Louisville?
