CSX:

I know that 160.800 is the "IG" dispatcher through Berea west.
-Is 160.995 the "IF" dispatcher?
-Is this on the only road frequency all the way to Galion?

NS:

I also know that 161.070 is the main frequency for NS/former Conrail including enterance and exit of Rockport yard.
-Is there another road frequency on the former Conrail route all the
way to Toledo? I can't get defect detectors or communications in
Vermillion or Elyria..etc.

Help is greatly appreciated. Thank you!
