The Print is call <Red Card system> ? An show the wire Conduit,Junction box,Terminal,list of Traction motor,Main gen,Governer on the engine,the Panel in the Electric.

The Unit suit be a RS-3. The RS-2 is not it. The two RS-2 and RS-3 have the different stuff on the Electric

The Era is 1949-52

If you have that print, The I need see if you can put to a disk, paper copy.

I have a electrical schematic for an RS-3 dated June 6, 1950 w/o electric braking. This was first made for the GM&O.
Its a very long diagram-about 10 feet. It would have to be copied.
