Does Ringling Bros. park the circus train there when the circus is at Nassau Coliseum? Although they don't have a warehouse, do they count as a customer?

For the last few years, Ringling Brothers has been laid up in LIC yard ... LIRR cordons off a few tracks and they shuffle that train around the yard there. NYAR does handle that move any more.
