Well those are MMA reporting marks so I guess that it must be. I believe those units were going to be scrapped or auctioned off so perhaps the MMA got a pretty good deal. Maybe they have plans for these units to replace older ones or maybe the engine is what they're after?

Also there are 4 units listed there. Just go to the MMA section and check em out. Great catch

One possibility is that these units are more fodder for the "Poland Program" in which they take out the 645s, refurbish them, and ship them to Poland to repower locomotives over there.

The official word on this subject, per Mr. Tom Tancula:
As information, these were purchased by Rail World Locomotive Leasing,
not the MMA. They are using the MMA initials for movement to the MMA,
Derby Maine. they may or may not see service at MMA, and may also end up
being used for the Rail World Locomotive Leasing-Rail Polska Poland M62M
program.
