Metro-North New Haven Line Penn Station Access

In the past, I've seen a table that showed the current & post-PSA service hours on the New Haven Line during the AM rush, including numbers of trains out of each branch/origin station, where they'd be terminating (Penn vs GCT), and how many new trains would be added. Anyone else know where I could find that?

The MTA, which has to work with Amtrak in order to complete the project, has clashed with the national rail service over the execution of the work since the get-go. Lieber reiterated past claims that the project is delayed because Amtrak “won’t let us get any work done.”

Though Lieber could not provide a revised timeline, he said construction is still underway at all four stations but noted that “our contractors have been delayed significantly” due to Amtrak supervision requirements.

So, in the 20 or so years this thread has existed, we've finally gotten to the stage of MN and Amtrak bickering at each other?

They've been at that for a long time with just the Acelas and Regionals, but now PSA gives Amtrak something to negotiate with.
