I would not assume the IRM circuits being tied in. That brings a whole new level of cost and oversight the museum doesn't want to incur. They're a four month operation and that's a 365 day obligation.

I don't have time to look for the article,but I picked up on something about property values in Rockford doubling since Metra announced they are going there by 2027. Is this true?

Doubtful, but I'd love to see the source.

Housing runs about $185/square foot and up in the outer suburbs (e.g. Huntley, Crystal Lake), and closer to $200 in Lake County and highly-sought places like Aurora/Naperville.

In Rockford, it's closer to $100/square foot. Doubling sounds like a bit of a fantasy.
