MEC w/ MBTA coach in Lowell

This isn't something you see every day. Anyone know what the deal is?

MBTX 374 derailed in a train collision outside of south station in spring 2019. It was sent out to Delaware Car for carbody repairs. It finally came back after almost 2 years, via NS and Pan Am this past week.
