...and I can just picture your wry smile and slight shake of head as you read my post, but the MOUNT VERNON was listed as being a part of the consist on the official train order that I rec'd, so I simply relayed the info to those that may have wanted to take some photographs.
Since you're one of the Dominion LLC and "in the know", perhaps you and your colleages can ask around and enlighten us all as to why that car might have been mistakenly placed on the order.
