M&E BQ operation

Dear members
Can someone tell folks in Lackawaxen what power is being sent to BQ,when it will arrive, when are they going to start working the branch. any information would be great. the rails are getting thick with rust along with our cameras.

Last time I asked, I got some smarta--ed answer from someone to the tune of "that's up to the M&E."

My father keeps an eye on the Honesdale and Hawley areas for activity. If he sees anything, I'll post it for all to know.
